Company Application under Rule 9 of the Company Court Rule, 1959 filed by the Applicant above named for an order to condone the delay of 720 days in preferring the claim petition by her before the respondent relating to the amount due to the late husband of the applicant from the company in liquidation. Heard Sri.K.Ravikumar, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri.K.Moni, the learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator. 3. I have perused the averments made in the affidavit accompanying the application, and after considering the rival contentions raised, I am of the opinion that the delay in filing the claim petition has been sufficiently explained.
