Page No.# 3/3 BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 25.09.2025 Heard Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioner, who fairly submits that the matter has become infructuous in view of the completion of the work, for which Mr. G. Tarak, learned Standing Counsel, RWD has placed work completion report on record.
On perusal of the completion report dated 23.09.2025 placed by the learned Standing Counsel, it appears that the work in question, appears to have been completed on 20.09.2025 by the firm M/s IT Enterprises, respondent No. 7 herein, in all respects and the petitioner having not prayed for any other relief except the challenge to the rejection of the technical bid, as fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. It is needless to observe that the EMD of the petitioner be released to the petitioner. The copy of the completion report dated 23.09.2025, showing completion of the work in all respect by the respondent No.7 on 20.09.2025 is kept on record. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
