Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Mr. Sumit Daga, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent and with reference to our order dated 14th May, 2025 submits, his client has received possession of the property. 2. Mr. Chetan Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, there is complaint case lodged by respondent, still pending. Mr. Daga submits, his client has already applied for withdrawal/dropping of the case. 3. The settlement directed by coordinate Bench on order dated 19th September, 2024 has happened. As such Mr. Chatterjee submits, relief his client was seeking by filing the appeal has been obtained. Mr. Daga submits, impugned judgement be confirmed in appeal. 4. By consent of parties direction for maintenance in impugned judgement is modified to be Rs. One Crore as permanent alimony. We record that the modified direction has been complied with. As such appellant has had execution, discharge and satisfaction of the modified direction of permanent alimony. Apart from that, parties consent to have impugned judgement confirmed in appeal. 5. Mr. Chatterjee wants direction upon Registrar General to disburse the deposit to his client. Registrar General is directed to transfer the deposit and its accruals to bank account of appellant on she producing certified copy of this order and giving particulars of the account. 6.
