1. Heard Mr. Mahendra Dubey, counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, Dy. A.G. for respondent No. 1/ state and Ms. Anmol Sharma, C.G.C. for respondents No. 2 to 5. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the impugned letter/Memorandum dated 28/10/2025 (ANNEXURE-P/3) as well the Meeting Notice dated 29/10/2025

issued
by Respondent no. 2 to the extent it declares the Petitioner to be "non-responsive" and may kindly further be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 2 to verify the submission/uploading of the Class-I Local Supplier Certificate and the Land Border Certificate from the Petitioner's bid documents and re-evaluate the Petitioner's technical responsiveness, allowing the Petitioner to participate in the tender process from the stage of evaluation of technical bid and further allow the Petitioner to participate in financial bid if found technically responsive after the due process of technical evaluation.
3 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order which may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances.”

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and, therefore, seeks permission of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the present petition. 4.
