By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to the case from the respondent authorities. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is Class- A Contractor of Chhattisgarh Power Distribution Company Limited and the competent authority has issued license/certificate to this effect bearing License No.03/2300/A in the name of ASK Construction and the petitioner has applied in prescribed format before the Respondent No.1 for issuance of arms license in his favour and the report has been submitted by the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur on 30/07/2025 and the revenue authorities, however, till date the application of the petitioner for issuance of arms license has not been decided. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would pray that the suitable directions may be issued to the concerned authorities to decide the pending application of the petitioner for issuance of arms license. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection in deciding the application of the petitioner. 3 / 3 5. Considering the entire facts & circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the respective parties, it is directed that the respondent authorities shall decide the application of the petitioner for issuance of arms license in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of production of the copy of the order. 6.
