Case No. 01 of 2025 arising out of Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara. 3. Victim and the petitioner were apprehended by the villagers while they were in compromising position in a room. This case was lodged after about twenty days from the date of occurrence. 4. Victim in her statement recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. has stated that the petitioner had refused to marry her, that’s why this case has been instituted. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara in connection with S.T.
