Petitioner contends Sanjit Paswan has been granted pre- arrest bail. He renews his prayer for similar relief. 2. Learned Advocate for the State submits Sanjit Paswan does not stand on the same footing with the petitioner. 3. We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses. Petitioner is one of the principal assailants. But Sanjit Paswan is not the assailant and therefore does not stand on the same footing with the petitioner. 4. Hence, we are not inclined to review our earlier order rejecting pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. 5. We direct the investigating officer to submit report why he failed to take necessary steps for apprehension of the petitioner after the rejection of his pre-arrest bail in November, 2024. 6.
