GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 6 in interfering with civil disputes between me and the respondents 7 and 8, as illegal, without jurisdiction, violative of provisions of code of criminal procedure and offends articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with civil disputes.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 and 8. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 and 8. There shall be no order as to costs.
