This appeal is directed against the impugned judgment of -2- convictionand order of sentence dated 08.04.2005 passed in Special Case No. 79/2004 by Special Judge, (S.C./S.T.) Act, Durg (C.G.), whereby the Appellants have been convicted under Section 323/34 of IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.l. for 06 months with fine of Rs.500/- each, plus default stipulation. '<?. fc c- 2. Appellants Tanguram, Tomand and and complainant Kunwar Singh are present in persons before the LokAdalat and the identify of complainant duly verified from hisAadhar Card. 3. Complainant Kunwar Singh submits that he has buried their dispute and entered jnto the compromise with appellants voluntarily without any fear and pressure and he does not intend to prosecute the accused/applicants any further and appellantsand complainant have prayed forpermission of •••t the LokAdalat to compound the offence under Sections 323/34 of IPC. 4. Learned Counsel for the State also on verifying the facts submits that the State does not have any objection in case if the parties are permitted to compound the offence as the disputing parties have entered into a compromise. 5. Therefore,in view ofthe^above compromise effected in between the parties, the conviction of the Appellants is set aside and they are acquitted from the charges levelled ••Y. against them. 6.
