(Oral) Peoner is pursuing LL.B Course from respondent No.1 – Maa Shkumbhari University, Punwarka, District Sahranpur, U*ar Pradesh. She is presently in 6th Semester and has moved an applicaon before the trial Court under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC to restrain respondent No.1 from making the Examinaon Centre of the peoner at respondent No.2- College. The said applicaon is pending for 30.04.2025 and the 6th Semester Examinaon are to commence from 05.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel contends that suit of the peoner against the respondents for charging more fees is pending before the trial Court. The respondents are forcing the peoner to withdraw the suit. She apprehends that she may be failed in the praccal examinaon and so prayed the University to change her Examinaon Centre. Applicaon in this regard is also pending before the trial Court which is fixed for 30.04.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the peoner has failed to convince this Court that as to how this Court is required to exercise its jurisdicon against the two respondents who are situated within the territorial jurisdicon of U*ar Pradesh.
