1. Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Addl. CSC for the State.
3. In pre lunch session, matter was taken up and Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Addl. CSC was
directed to get instructions in the matter with regard to compliance of order dated 18.02.2025 passed by this Court in WPSS No. 2475 of 2024.
4. After post lunch session, learned Addl. CSC has placed before this Court the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by Additional Secretary whereby in compliance of order dated 18.02.2025 representation with regard to seeking age relaxation was rejected.
5. Since the present writ petition has been filed on the premise that order dated 18.02.2025 has not been complied with and within a short period, written examination is being commenced.
6. Since decision has already been taken by the Addl. Secretary in compliance of order dated 18.02.2025, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no purpose to keep this writ petition pending, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection
order dated 07.03.2025 passed by Addl. Secretary by way of fresh writ petition.
7. In view of this, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
