Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to quash the demand notice dated 10.01.2025 issued by the respondent no.2 worth of Rs. 1,60,321/- + interest and recovery charges. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, it is very fairly argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery certificate issued on 10.01.2025, has already been withdrawn by the Bank on 08.05.2025, as such present writ petition has become infructuous, and therefore, it may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.
