GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondent insisting the petitioner to vacate the house is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and set aside the same” 2. Heard Sri M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioners’ mother seeking police assistance to have the petitioners vacate the house, the police called the petitioners for family counseling. However, no crime has been registered against the petitioners. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
