Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned 2. Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Brief facts of the case are that:- The appellants are working as Head Nurses/ Nursing Superintendent Grade-I and Grade-ll, initially appointed and posted at Mangalagiri, GGH, and later they have been deployed to work at GGH at Guntur. As per the appellants, they have not completed the threshold period of five (05) years as enumerated in transfer guidelines, therefore, their transfers are contrary to the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.344 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (B1) Department, dated 31.05.2025. At the stage of admission of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants submitted that the petitioners/appeltants may be given liberty to make application/representation to the respondents for consideration of their request on the grounds of spouse 7 and physically handicapped, which they could respondents in view of shortage of time, not bring to the notice of the as counseling was scheduled. Considering the request of the petitioners/appellants, they are permitted to make representation and on such representation, the 5*^ respondent i; directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (HR.1-PLG. & Policy) Department, dated 15.05.2025, r/w. G.O.Ms.No.344 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (B1) Department, dated 31.05.2025. Aggrieved by the said interim order IS passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, the present Writ Appeals have been filed. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the appellants had submitted representations as per the directions of the learned Single Judge. But, the said representations the official respondents, and the were not considered by appellants had not received communication from the respondents whether their any request had been considered or not. 5. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader the respondents would submit that the appearing for representations of the appellants have been considered and the request of the appellants has been rejected. But rejection of the representations of the appellants have been served on the appellants or not. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the there is no material placed before this Court to show that the case, as the main consideration and as no stay was granted by the learned Single Judge of this Court against the transfers Writ Petitions are pending before this Court for / 8 orders of the Appellants and they are discharging the duties at that place,, in our considered view it is appropriate and reasonable to request the learned Single Judge to hear and dispose of the Writ Petitions itself, in accordance with law, in the interest of justice, as expeditiously as possible. / f 6. Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are disposed of, requesting the learned Single Judge of this Court to hear and dispose of the Writ Petitions itself on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
