IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 not to damage the existing Cart Track which proceeds from East to South through the boarder of Sheshamanyuni Cheruvu situated in Sy.No.120 of Mapakshi village, Chittoor mandal and District pending disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of justice.
