Respondent(s) For Applicant(s): Mr.J.Ravikumar For Respondent(s): Mr.P.Arul Gnana Prakash ORDER This application has been filed to direct the respondent/wife to produce the minor Anirudh Krishnan, and to grant temporary custody of the minor to the applicant/husband or to provide visitation rights to the applicant on such terms this Court deems fit. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent/mother submitted that the respondent has never obstructed the applicant from visiting the child. He further submitted that the applicant/father is at liberty to visit the child and the respondent will not obstruct the applicant from visiting https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis the child. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent further submitted that applicant/father is not interested in visiting the child in the respondent's home and was insisting for production of child in public places, the counsel further submitted that as the child was barely 4 years old, it is not advisable to produce the child in public places like beach or park due to the hot climate and so, the applicant should be directed to visit the child only in the respondent's home. The counsel submitted that the respondent would not obstruct the applicant from visiting the child in her home. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Under the facts and circumstances and in light of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondent, that the respondent/mother will not obstruct the applicant from visiting and spending time with the minor child in her house, a direction is issued to the respondent/mother to permit the applicant to visit the child Minor Anirudh Krishnan, for three hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the respondent's residence at No.9/1C, 1st Floor, Burkit Road, T.Nagar, Chennai – 600 017 starting from 12.05.2025. The respondent is directed not to disturb the child during such visitation by the applicant.
