The petitioner has assailed the order of dismissal from service dated 20.07.2015. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2025. There is a delay of almost 10 years. By way of an explanation the petitioner has stated that his wife was suffering from 'Neuro-psych'. The explanation is vague and does not merit acceptance. The cause for the delay in approaching this Court as disclosed in the writ petition is not satisfactory. The petition is barred by delay and laches. No satisfactory explanation has been given for the delay on part of the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
