This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 30.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1831 of 2016 in C.C.No.06 of 2016 on the file of learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, Prakasam (for short, ‘the trial Court’). 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 30.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1831 of 2016 in C.C.No.06 of 2016. The Crl.M.P.No.1831 of 2016 has been filed by the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 seeking to discharge them for the offences under Sections 420, 506 of IPC and Section 3 r/w.56 of A.P. Chit Fund Act. The trial Court after considering the material on record dismissed the petition. Against the said orders, the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 preferred the revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main C.C.No.06 of 2016 was disposed of on 08.07.2017 as settled before Lok Adalat. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, 3 which reflects that the said C.C.No.06 of 2016 was disposed as settled before Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017. 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the settlement of the C.C.No.06 of 2016 on 08.07.2017, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
