Heard Sri Y.Mallikarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes. 4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on the complaint made by unofficial respondents, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry. He would further submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner and as the subject matter is civil in nature, the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
