Mr. Mahesh Narain Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, challenge in the writ petition is against notice dated 8th April, 2025 for removal of encroachment on two shops in respect of which petitioner has license. He submits further, before the writ petition could be moved, the shops were demolished. He seeks appropriate direction on submission that license for the shops are subsisting and due to expire on 31st December, 2034. On query, Mr. Singh submits, the licenses were not revoked by impugned notice. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, demolition was necessary for widening of the road. 3. Petitioner may make representation to respondent no.4 for setting up two shops strictly as per the respective licenses. Certified copy of this order be communicated with the representation. Said respondent, if denies the license, will inform reasons to petitioner within three weeks of the representation made.
