By this petition, petitioner herein seeks direction upon respondents to consider and decide his representation dated 20.03.2025 for allotment of space in District Hospital, Kulgam, for establishment of a cooperative medical store within a reasonable period of time, strictly in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, within a stipulated period of time. 4.
