Crl.O.P.No.12703 of 2025 The petitioner seeks modification of the condition to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) in Crime No.104 of 2025 imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.2762 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 would submit that the condition is onerous and in any case, in the event of this Court upholding the said condition, he may be granted time to make the deposit.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
4. It is seen from the order dated 02.04.2025 that the learned counsel for the petitioner had offered to deposit the money and therefore, the learned Judge had directed him to deposit the money.
