S PRANATHI The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are not taking any action against the unauthorized layout made by the 4th respondent in R.S.No.128/1A & 128/B situated in Mylavaram village and mandal, by encroaching the petitioners property situated in R.S.No.128, without obtaining due permissions and without leaving any setbacks. 2. Heard Sri K.S.S.Sanjay, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt S.Pranathi, learned Standing counsel for APCRDA. 3. Smt S.Pranathi, learned Standing counsel for APCRDA on written instructions dated 19.09.2025 submitted that the subject layout was taken up without approval and statutory action has been initiated under Section 115 of APCRDA Act by way of issuing Provisional Order (04-12-2024) and Confirmation Order(19-12-2024) and a communication was also sent to the District Registrar to halt further registrations/transactions and they would further take steps in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above submissions, as the authorities have already set the law into motion, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petitioner is liable to be closed.
