Learned State counsel would submit that grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved as he is working as Assistant Teacher and by way of the transfer order he has been posted out of District which is not permissible therefore, the same has been recalled and he has been posted at Government Middle School, Bargarh vide order dated 7-10-2025. 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved vide order dated 7-10-2025 issued by the respondent No.5/ District Education Officer, Raigarh. nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court. 4.
