P SUBASH The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The contempt case has been filed alleging non-compliance with the orders dated 10.11.2020 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 20958 of 2020, wherein this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned authorities. It was further directed that upon such representation being made, the concerned authorities shall consider the same after giving notice to the affected parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2. After notice, the contemnor has filed a counter-affidavit. Along with the counter-affidavit, the contemnor produced the representation dated 18.11.2020 submitted by the petitioner, as well as the proceedings dated 30.06.2021 and 04.08.2021. 3. In view of the directions issued by this Court, the contemnor has considered the petitioner’s representation and passed orders after affording an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. 4. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, as there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
