At this stage, Ms. Vanak, Advocate holding the brief of Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of in the light of order dated 05.01.2019 and the petitioner may be granted liberty to revive his prayer, if cause of action subsists. 4. The prayer made by Ms. Vanak appears to be reasonable. 5. The present petition is disposed of in the light of order dated 05.01.2019.
