Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.6 dated 10.01.2025 under Sections 304(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 21/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 29.04.2025 is made absolute.
