This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint of the petitioners dt. 23.03.2023 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh (214) 2 SCC 1 and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 to register the petitioners complaint dt. 23.03.2023 against 5th and 6th respondents u/s 309, 384, 409, 420, 426 in the interest of justice and to pass…”
2. None represented for the petitioner. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case basing on the complaint dated 23.03.2023 made by the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioners a crime was registered in Cr.No.203 of 2023 under Sections 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Chintalapudi Police Station, Eluru District against accused/ respondent Nos.5 and 6.
4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
