Even though the petitioner alleges that the respondent is acting in violation of the directions of this Court-by not allowing his children to talk to him on the phone number mentioned in the judgment-it is responded to by the learned counsel for the respondent, asserting that the petitioner had abducted the children on 08.02.2025 and the police had to be involved to get them back. He, however, unequivocally submitted that his client had not, at any point of time, refused permission to the petitioner to talk to the children on the phone number mentioned in the judgment; and undertook that the said arrangement will continue without fail. 2025:KER:25181 Con.Case (C) No.773 of 2025 4 2.
