Rimi, learned counsel for the petitioner, while placing the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by the Managing Director Arunachal Pradesh State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. submits that the respondent has already complied with the order and direction dated 13.03.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 632(AP)/2023. And since, the respondent has already complied with this Hon’ble Court’s order, this contempt petition has become infructuous. Therefore, she prays for closing the contempt petition.
