Despite the matter being listed today i.e., on 19.09.2025 under the caption ‘for Dismissal’, there is no representation for the appellant. Even on the earlier occasions, i.e., on 29.08.2025, 31.07.2025, and 11.07.2025, there was no representation for the appellant.
2. Therefore, it appears that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the case. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
