Heard the learned advocates for the parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier by a co-ordinate Bench. Charge-sheet has been filed. Submission of charge-sheet crystalises accusation against the petitioner. It cannot be treated as an extenuating circumstance justifying review of the earlier order rejecting anticipatory bail.
