The relevant paragraph reads as under: It is humbly submitted that action was taken on the SPANDANA PETITION submitted by the petitioner herein to the Superintendent of Police, Kurnool District by way of submitting the enquiry report. The petitioner himself stated that no action was required to be taken on his petition as none of the police or revenue officials abused him, beaten him and his family members or humiliated them and requested to drop further course of action on it.
