At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court and the evidence of two witnesses have been recorded, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
