Succinctly, the present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the appeal Ref.No.P1/203 of 2007 pertaining to the land situated in Sy.No.180 an extent of Ac.45.00 Cents in Peddakpalli village, Pedda Panjani Mandal (Erstwhile Punganur Taluk) Chittoor District. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed written instructions dated 11.09.2025 addressed by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special CS, Office of the CCLA, Andhra 3 Pradesh to the Government Pleader (Revenue), High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The said written instructions indicate that the appeal was admitted and the appeal was called for hearings from time to time. 4. Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal Ref.No.P1/203 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible not later than two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 5. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
