Order on Writ Petition. 1. Heard Sri Gajendra Pratap, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Jai Singh Parihar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 and Sri Anil Bhushan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Manish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 & 5. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.2- Regional Level Committee through its Chairman Joint Director of Education, Jhansi Region, Jhansi and order dated 21.10.2024 passed by the respondent no.3-District Inspector of Schools, Jhansi Region, Jhansi. 3. After arguing the matter at length, Sri Gajendra Pratap, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and inviting counter affidavit and it would be in the interest of justice and for the interest of the College that an election shall be held by the Authorised Controller under the Scheme of Administration within a time bound period since the term of Committee of Management has expired. 4. To the aforesaid suggestion of Sri Gajendra Pratap, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 5. In view of the statement made by Sri Gajendra Pratap, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact term of Committee of Management has expired and it is only Authorised Controller who could conduct the election of Committee of Management, therefore, this Court in the interest of justice directs the newly impleaded respondent no.6-Joint Director of Education, Jhansi Region, Jhansi to appoint an Authorised Controller in the College within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6. The Authorised Controller is further directed to hold the election of Committee of Management of the College namely, 'Arya Kanya Inter College, Sipri Bazaar, Jhansi' within a period of two months from the date he assumes the charge of Authorised Controller strictly in accordance with law and in accordance with the Scheme of Administration. 7.
