GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: Heard Sri M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in keeping the petitioner under prolonged suspension vide D.No.221 of 2023, dated 15.04.2023 (Ex.P1), beyond one year is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.22 General Administration (Ser-C) Department, dated 29.02.2024. 3. The writ petition was listed on 31.01.2025. A coordinate bench of this Court directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted a memo vide Rc.No.999/T2/2024, dated 29.11.2024, whereby the suspension period of the petitioner was extended by four more months i.e., 22.12.2024 to 21.04.2025. The copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 3 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, given the subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to the petitioner to challenge the said memo vide Rc.No.999/T2/2024, dated 29.11.2024, if he is aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
