Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.531 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(Basta), Balasore, arising out of Singla P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 81, 296, 115(2), 351(3), 324 (4), 70(1), 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that referring to the undertaking at Annexure-3, submits that it is a case of false implication. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the Petitioner is a named accused and rejection of the bail application of the co-accused by order dated 31.07.2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL. 6.
