GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 5 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.30813 of 2025 ORDER : The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the Petitioners for rectification of pay anomaly on par with similarly placed employees in the SERP on the representation of the Petitioners particularly in the light of the Letter dated 27.12.2023 of the Respondent No.7 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioners were appointed as Community Coordinators/Livelihood Associates in the Respondent No.7 organization and are discharge their duties since 2002. The Petitioners seek for release of three increments and rectification of pay anomaly at par with the persons similarly situated. Though the information was sought for by the Respondent No.7 on 27.12.2023 vide Proc.No.100(12)(4)/SERP/Admn/SERP-EC/2014, no further action has been taken thereof. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that similar relief was given to the individuals who were similarly situated. 6 4. Sri M. Hari Babu, learned Standing Counsel, would submit that the representations of the Petitioners would be examined soon and appropriate orders will be passed. 5. Having heard the respective counsel, the Respondent No.7 is directed to examine the case of the Petitioners for grant of three increments and rectification of pay anomaly within a period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
