GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the acts on the part of the 3rd respondent calling the petitioner to his office and asks the petitioner to settle the issue with the 5th respondent with regard to hand loan though it was cleared by petitioner, without any right erroneous, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides being violative of principles of natural justice.” 2 2. Heard Sri M.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the compliant of one Y.lila Krishna, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry, no crime has been registered against him and the police are not threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
