GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION 2 The Court made the following order:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…pleased to issue writ order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, thereby, declaring the impugned action of the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in resorting to illegal and arbitrary demands under the guise of a unilateral resolution which has not seen the light of the day, even without any notice to me or enquiry, thereby directing the petitioner to stop attending to duties as Midday meals Cook cum Helper in SSR Reddy ZPH School, G.Konduru Mandal, Mylavaram A.P., since 01-09- 2024, in vioiation of G.O.MS.No.22 dated 12-03-2021, School Education (Prgram-1) Dept., and the order dated 31-07-2024 and 05-11-2024, issued by 4th Respondent and is against the principles of natural justice, besides being violative Articles-14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, thereby direct the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 not to initiate any coercive steps against the petitioner and further direct to continue the petitioner services as Mid-Day meals Cook cum Helper in SSR Reddy ZPH School, G.Konduru, in the interest of justice and also to pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 31.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31213 of 2024. 3 4. The learned counsel for the respondents did not refute the said submission. 5. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of W.P.No.31213 of 2024, dated 31.12.2024. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 31.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.31213 of 2024 to this order.
