13.06.2025 (D/L-1+2) Ct. No.4 (B.K.N.) R.V.W. 117 of 2025 With CAN 1 of 2025 Shyamali Maity Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. With F.M.A. 91 of 2025 Shyamali Maity Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Surendra Kumar Sharma ...for the Appellant Mr. Sudipto Panda, Ms. Ananya Neogi ...for the State The learned counsel for the review petitioner confines the scope of review to grant of interest on the arrears family pension to which his entitlement has been determined as per the order passed in the appeal. Learned counsel for the State submits that such prayer though made in the writ petition was not pressed and, therefore, cannot be urged in a review proceeding. He submits that in this connection he will rely upon certain precedents. Let him do so when the matter appears on 11th July, 2025. (Madhuresh Prasad, J.) (Prasenjit Biswas, J.)
