Mahesh) arising out of Case Crime No. 0138 of 2020, under Sections 452, 506, 376 I.P.C., Police Station Bhawan Bahadur Nagar, District Bulandshahr, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Bulandhshahr, with a further prayer that proceedings of the aforesaid case be stayed during the pendency of the present application. 4. The records show that previously on the first day of presentation of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant had sought adjournment for two months. 5. Since there is no representation from the side of the applicant, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for non prosecution. 6. The records show that there is no interim order passed in the matter. 7. Office is directed to communicate this order to the concerned court within three weeks from today. 8.
