This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;
“….pleased to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the claim of the petitioner by order, dated 21-11-2014 for issuance of caste certificate without conducting enquiry in spite of the petitioner possessing the integrated community certificate dated 16-7-2002 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of A.P.(SC, ST & B.Cs) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificate Act, 1993 and consequently, set aside the Rejection Order, dated 21.11.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent in the interest of justice and to pass such other order”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
