This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....
a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.8 and 9 in not property invoking the provisions of the Penal Code and the provisions of The SC and ST (P.O.A.) Amended Act, 2016 as may be seen from the F.I.R.No.116/2021 dt.02-07-2021 under Section 304-A r/w Sec.3 (1) (x) of SC and ST (P.O.A.) Act, 1989 as against Section 302, 120-B, 506 IPC r/w 34 of IPC along with Section 3 (j) of The SC and ST (P.O.A.) Amended Act, 2016 as being atrocious, amounts to neglect of duties and consequently award the following reliefs a)to order a judicial enquiry into the matter instead of the investigation being undertaken by the respondent No.8 b)to cause the arrest of all accused including the police officers named in the complaint dated 07-09-2021 c)to take steps to provide suitable job to the petitioner as she lost the male earning member of the family d)to provide maintenance to the petitioner and her polio affected minor son until the entire case comes to an end finally e)to sanction a double bedroom house to the petitioner f)to allot five acres of agricultural land to the petitioner in any place nearest to the native village of the petitioner to award suitable compensation as per the guidelines framed under the Special Act h)and to grant such relief or reliefs.”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, after completion of investigation in Crime No.116 of 2021, Police filed charge sheet which was numbered as S.C.No.81 of 2021 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. 3
3. Sri S.Tulasi Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedies according to law. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
