We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner nos. 2 and 3 assaulted police personnel. Keeping in mind their daring conduct, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 3. Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail in so far as petitioner nos. 2 and 3 concerned is, thus, rejected. 4. Involvement of the petitioner no. 1 in the crime is minimal. No specific overt act is attributed to him. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner no. 1. 5. 5.
