It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner already inspected the site and has also intimated the same to the respondent authorities. 2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Senthil Murugan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf the respondents would submit that the last date for submission of the bill is on 28.04.2025 and the site inspection certificate will be issued to the petitioner on 24.04.2025. 3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms; (i) the respondents 2 & 3 shall issue the site inspection certificate in any event, not later than 24.04.2025 as per the tender notifications.
