Case No. 255 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 115(2),118(1), 118(2), 109(1), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 10.10.2024 at 1.30 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Bhujali blow on the person of the Informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injury on his abdomen. 4.
