In this regard, the petitioner also submitted a representation dated 03.09.2021. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on written instructions, submits that there is no encroachment made by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 on the road and the same was found on physical inspection of the property.
