Junior High School (Purva Madhyamik) Teachers Association, Gorakhpur through its Secretary, Bal Vinod Shukla, however, there is no resolution of Association to authorize said Bal Vinod Shukla to file this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that orders passed in pursuance of Government Order dated 21.08.2015 and 22.09.2015 issued in pursuance of judgment passed by Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. Vs. Rajesh Kumar, Civil Appeal No.2608 of 2011, have not strictly complied with and number of teachers have been prejudiced. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that few consequential orders were passed referred in counter affidavit, which could help petitioner, however, by referring rejoinder affidavit he submits that orders so passed were later on again kept in abeyance. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, since there are disputed facts as well as grievance of petitioner is required to be considered after considering all aspects of case on facts as well as on law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of that in case, petitioner, files a representation with a resolution mentioning all facts, the same will be considered in accordance with law by concerned respondent within a short period.
